EXHIBIT "F" to NORTHFORK SECOND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> NORTHFORK PUD <br />PAR£ DEDICATION AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> This agreement made this 19th day of February, 1987 is by and <br />between North Fork, Inc., hereinafter "Developer" and the City of <br />Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota, hereinafter <br />"City." <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer has received approval for the <br />Planned Unit Development hereinafter "PUD" known as Northfork, <br />which PUD is located within the corporate boundaries of the City; <br />and <br /> <br /> ~rHEREAS, as a part of said PUD, the Developer has <br /> <br />received approval for the plat of NORTHFORK; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer is in the process of seeking <br />approval for the plat NORTHFORK SECOND, which is an additional <br />phase of the Nor:hfork PUD; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, %ne City Code requires that park land be <br />dedicated to the public when a plat is approved, or in lieu of <br />said park land dedication, that cash be given to the City for <br />park purposes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City elected to accept cash for the park <br />requirement for the plat of NOKTHFOF~K; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires park land dedication for the <br />plat of NORTHFORK SECOND; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the parties hereto intend for this agreement to <br /> <br /> <br />
