Resolutions #89-02-24, #89-02~25, #89-02-26, #89-02-27 and #89-02-28 ordering <br />feasibility reports for the following sealcoating projects in 1989: <br /> <br />153rd Avenue N.W. between CSAH 5 and Hwy. No. zi7; <br />Rodeo Hills; <br />Beaudry's Second Addition; <br />153rd Avenue N.W. bern,ecu Ct.','. Rd. #83 and Puma Street; <br />153rd Avenue N.W. between Hwy. No. 47 and Roanoke Street. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Council directed that a subsequent Council meeting should include discussion of whether <br />or not to continue the City's policy of assessing major street maintenance costs to the <br />benefitting property owners. <br /> <br />Council recessed at 9:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called thc meeting back to order at 9:15 p.m. <br /> <br />Case #13: <br /> <br />Trunk Slorm Sev,'er Improvement Project At Sunfish Lake <br />Blvd. N.W. ~nd T.It, No. 10; Improvement Project -#i-;8-27: <br /> <br />Mr. Raati '~a presented the feasibility stud.,,, for proposed Improvement Project #88-27 to <br />extend storm sewer across T.H. No. I0 at Sunfish Lake Blvd. The project is Mn/DOT <br />Cooperative A~eement funded. Estimated project cost is $112,400; M n/DOT participation <br />would be $17,100; $95,350 would be levied to the Mississipi River S~orm Sewer Taxing <br />District. <br /> <br />Motion bv Councitmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to adopt <br />Resolution #89-02-29 receiving the feasibility report and calling for a public hearing on <br />March 14, 1989 at '7:30 p.m. for Storm Sewer Improvement Project #88-27 (T.H. No. 10 <br />and Sunfish Lake Blvd.). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None, <br /> <br />Case <br /> <br />River's Bend Park South Development; Improvement Project <br />#89.1: <br /> <br />lxS.-. Otto stated that Cit5' Staff is recon'm~ending tabling approval of plans and specs for the <br />River's Bend Park south development because of problem areas that have come about. <br />One problem area is the impact of Ct)'. Rd. #116 on an access to the south portion of the <br />park; this issue is being worked on with the Count>, and DNR. Another problem area that <br />arose is because of use of LAWCON gant money for development of the north portion of <br />the park, the Department of Trade and Commerce feels the), have coordinating fights over <br />an), activits' in the entire park area and are objecting to the bridge alignment because of it's <br />impact on the park. <br /> <br />City CounciI/FebruaD, 14, 1989 <br /> Page 11 of 14 <br /> <br /> <br />
