PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, <br />February 7, 1989 at the Ramsey Ylunicipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Ten-), Hendriksen <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br />Mr. Michael Ten9, <br /> <br />Community Development Director Mark Banwart <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting to <br />order at 7:.33 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to approve <br />the agenda with the following addition: <br /> <br />Case #1.A <br /> <br />Appointment of Chairman and Vice Chairman for the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission for 1989. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hench'Sksen, LaDue, <br />Holm, Shumway and Terry. Voting No: None.
