The Planning <br />and Zoning Commission recommended approval with certain conditions. <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson inquired if there would be a limit to the number of vehicles Mr. <br />Peterson could have displayed on the property. <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that the number of vehicles on display would be limited by virtue of <br />setback requirements. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuea and seconded by Councilmember Cich to approve the <br />site plan and development a~eement for Mr. Jim Peterson's Custom Coach RV, Inc. with <br />the following contingencies: <br /> <br />Development of the facili~, will be limited to two phases. <br /> <br />Exterior finish of the front wall facing Highway ~.10 on both the existing <br />building and the new building comply with City Code requirement to be at <br />least 50% materials other than metal. <br /> <br />No structures shall be constructed on the rear 50 feet of the site in <br />consideration of the future possibility of a service road in file area. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #4: Request For Site Plan Approval Of Whispering Pines Outdoor; <br /> Case of Mr. Jon Hanson: <br /> <br />Mr. Bmnwm~ stmed that Mr. Jon Hanson is requesting site ¢lan. approval for a bait store and <br />indoor archep:' range to be located on the south side of Hwy. #10 in the Riverside \Ves~ <br />Addition.
