The project schedule is such that following the public hearing, there is a 30 day waiting <br />period before Council can order the project; plans and specs could be ordered and approved <br />and bids accepted in ?,,la>,; construction would begin in July or August; the assessment <br />hearings would be held in September. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann noted receiving a letter from Mrs. Symanietz at 17711 Vanadium Street <br />N.~., in which she expressed concern that she would receive two units of assessments <br />because she lives on a corner lot. <br /> <br />ixO. Otto replied that Mrs. Symanietz is proposed to receive one unit of assessments and he <br />wilt convey this to her in writing. <br /> <br />Mr. Otto referred to BeaudD"s Second Addition and stated that the estimated total project <br />cost is $7851.00; 31.5 units are proposed to be assessed. The per unit cost is $249.24, <br />amortized over a 3 >,em' period. <br /> <br />The project schedule for Beaudo"s Second Addition is similar to tha~ of Rodeo Hills. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion bv Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Cich to adjourn the <br />public he~'ing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
