of Ramsey Terrace, Flintwood Hills I, a small portion of the Laws property and a parcel in <br />the northeastern portion of the urban area from the 1990 Urban Area in exchange for <br />adding in the proposed Chestnut Hills, Cedar Woods and Juniper Woods. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Cich to authorize the <br />Mayor and City Administrator to execute an amendment to the application for a <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment to exclude certain areas from the 1990 Urban Area in <br />exchange for the inclusion of Cedar Hills, Chestnut Hills and Juniper Woods. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson and <br />Cich. Voting No: None. Absent: CouncilmemberPeterson. <br /> <br />City Staff is to continue pursuing the overall comprehensive plan amendment based on <br />Metro Council suggestions listed above. <br /> <br />Case #12: Temporary Remodeling Plans For The Ramsey Municipal <br /> Center: <br /> <br />Mr. Hanley presented plans for tempoary remodeling of the City Hall lower level to <br />alleviate some of the space needs until such time as City Council makes a decision relating <br />to the remodeling or expansion of the Municipal Center. Mr. Hanley noted that there is a <br />desperate need for space at the Municipal Center for staff and equipment; remodeling the <br />lower level is a very temporary solution. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca authorizing the <br />City Administrator to construct the modifications to the Ramsey Municipal Center as <br />depicted on the sketches. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson and <br />Cich. Voting No: None. Absent: CouncilmemberPeterson. <br /> <br />Case #13: <br /> <br />Status Of Anoka/Ramsey Delegation; Case Of McKinley Street <br />Extension: <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart reported that Anoka has appointed it's City Council as a whole as <br />representatives to the Anoka/Ramsey Delegation. The f'n'st meeting of the Anoka/Ramsey <br />Delegation is Monday, April 17 at 6:00 p.m. to discuss the extension of McKinley Street. <br /> <br />The consensus was that in addition to Ramsey's representatives to the delegation, the <br />Ramsey City Council as a whole should attend the Anoka/Ramsey Delegation meetings in <br />order to provide an irrhmediate response to issues requiring full Council attention. <br /> <br />Case #14: Reminder Of City Council Workshop: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley noted that a workshop between City Council and area developers has been <br />scheduled for Monday, April 3 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann directed CiB?
