Case g9: <br /> <br />Review Proposed Comprehensive Park Dedication Agreement <br />For The Entire Northfork P.U.D.: <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman noted that the Northfork Park Dedication Subcommittee is meeting <br />on Tuesday, March 14 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Terry to table <br />review of the proposed Comprehensive Park Dedication Agreement for the entire Northfork <br />P.U.D. until information from the subcommittee is available. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Shumway, Tero,, <br />LaDue and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Howell and Holm. <br /> <br />Case #10: Request For Sketch Plan Review Of Northfork 3rd Addition; <br />Case Of Mr. Dennis Peck: <br /> <br />Mr. Peck stated that the Park and Recreation Commission has recommended sketch plan <br />approval of Northfork 3rd with park dedication requirements being reserved until the <br />Comprehensive Park Dedication Agreement is resolved. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to <br />recommend approval of the Northfork 3rd Addition sketch plan contingent upon the <br />Comprehensive Park Dedication A~eement being provided for at the preliminary plat <br />stage. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Shumway, <br />Hendriksen, LaDue and Tero,. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Howell and <br />Holm. <br /> <br />Case #11: <br /> <br />Request For Sketch Plan Review Of Northfork 4th Addition; <br />Case Of Mr. Dennis Peck: <br /> <br />I~. Peck stated that Northfork 4th Addition is a minor subdivision to create one lot south <br />of Northfork 1st Addition. The park dedication requirements will be addressed in the <br />Comprehensive Park Dedication A~eement for Northfork; in the interim, the Park and <br />Recreation Commission is recommending acquiring cash to satisfy park dedication <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Commissioner Shumway stated that the Park and Re,cation Commission recommendation <br />was to require cash for park dedication requirements with no further consideration of <br />.Northfork 4th Addition to be addressed in the Comprehensive Park Dedication A~eement. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hench'd_ksen and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to <br />recommend approval of Northfork 4th Addition with park dedication requirements to be <br />satisfied by cash payment. <br /> <br />Motion ca, ed.
