CASE #1: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR SKETCH PLAN REVIEW OF GORDON'S GARDENS 2ND ADDITION; <br />CASE OF MIL HARLEY.ZL GORDON <br /> B~. Mark S. Banwart, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On April 11, 1989, the City of Ramsey received application for Gordon's Gardens 2nd Addition. <br />The proposed subdivision consists of one block, consisting of four (4) lots. This subdivision is <br />being considered as a minor subdivision. The total acreage is 26.24 acres. The existing land use <br />is Rural Residential/Agricultural use. The future land use is anticipated to remain the same. <br />The proposed subdivision is a re-subdivision of Lot 2, Block 1, Gordon's Gardens Addition. For <br />your information, the following items are enclosed: <br /> <br />Ao <br /> <br />Site Location Map <br />Proposed Subdivision <br />City Engineer's review (April 27, 1989) <br /> <br />Obscrvations: <br /> <br />On May 2, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission requested the City Attorney ~to <br />determine the feasibility and cost responsibility to condemn to extend 180th Avenue Northwest and <br />then to obtain City Council direction on same.
