CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAblSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, April 25, 1989 at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor G,~ry Reimann <br />Councilmember Alan Pearson <br />Councilmember Stephen F. DeLuca <br />Councilmember Richard Cich <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> <br />Also present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Community Development Director Mark Banwart <br />Merland Otto/Hakanson Anderson Associates <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the regular City Council meeting to order at 7:38 p.m. and led in the <br />Pledge of Alle~ance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />John Gobernatz - 15454 Hematite Street N.W. - Inquired as to the status of the City's <br />review of the Park Dedication Ordinance and amendments to it. <br /> <br />INit. Goodrich replied that there have been several meetings to review park dedication and <br />during tonight's case discussion of park dedication, it is anticipated that Council will <br />schedule a joint meeting to review the proposed ordinance amendment. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmsmber Pearson and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to approve <br />the agenda with the follo'Mng adjustments: <br /> <br />Add to Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />#11) <br /> <br />#12) <br /> <br />Adopt resolution proclaiming April 24-30, 1989 as "Disability <br />Awareness Week" and May 7, 1989 as "National Barrier Awareness <br />Day". <br /> <br />Adopt resolution ordering specifications for brush chipping portion <br />of the Rarnsey Decenn'alized Brush Chipping Demonstration <br />Pro,am. <br /> <br />#13) Adopt resolution approving plans and specifications and ordering <br /> <br />CiD' Council/April 25, 1989 <br /> Page 3 of 17 <br /> <br /> <br />
