PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />PUBLIC ItEARING <br /> CITY O'F RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, <br />April 4, 1989 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota regarding Mr. Dennis Peck's request for preliminary plat approval of Northfork <br />3rd Addition. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Mark Banwart <br />Mr. Merland Otto/Hakanson Anderson.Associates <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mr. Roy Shumway <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zinxmerman called the public hearing to order at 7:36 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Roger Meyer was present representing North Fork, Inc. <br /> <br />There was no citizen input. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Holm, Ten3,, LaDue <br />and Hendriksen. Voting No: None.
