Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Council recessed at 9:11 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the meeting back to order at 9:27 p.m. <br /> <br />Case #12: Adopt Ordinance Amendment To Ordinance #89-8 And Chapter <br /> 130.05 Of The City Code Licensing And Regulating The Sale Of Off- <br /> Sale Intoxicating Liquor: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley noted that on May 11, 1989, City Council introduced an ordinance amending <br />Ordinance #89-8 and Chapter 130.05 of the City Code to allow for an unlimited number, versus 2, <br />off-sale intoxicating Iiquor licenses in Ramsey. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to adopt Ordinance <br />#89-15 which is an ordinance amending Ordinance #89-8 and Chapter 130.05 of the City Code <br />licensing and regulating the sale of off-sale intoxicating liquor. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich and <br />Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #13: Easement Acquisition; 153rd Avenue N.W./Burlington Northern <br /> Railroad Crossing: <br /> <br />Mr. Good,rich recommended that the Wette's counter-offer for acquisition of easements for the <br />construction of t53rd Avenue N.W. and the railroad crossing be accepted. <br /> <br />Motion by Counciimember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Pearson authoriz/ng the Finance <br />Officer to issue a Cig, check in the amount of $54,930.35 for payment to Carroll D. and Francis Y. <br />Welte for the purchase of that fight-of-way -known as Parcels t and IA, City Improvement Project <br />No. 88-2t. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Cich, Pearson and <br />Peterson.
