The recommendation for denial is
based on two key issues: 1) F~amsvy i.~: in conflict with lV~ctro Council policy of-4 units in
40 acres zoning: 2) Ramsev% appro:~ch to utiliration of regiona! sewer facilities by not
aggressively requirin~ existi'ng devck~pment to c.'nnect to the systen~ within :: two >,ear
period. If tht~se issues are not addressed by Iiams:.,y City Council prior t(~ meetings.
scheduled with Metro Council o~' Wednesday, June lzl and Thursday, June 15. there is no
hope for a favo:'z:~,lc response to, Ramsey's request for a .~IUSA expansion.
