Absent: None. <br /> <br />Case #9: Recommendation to fill two vacancies on Commission. <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart informed the Commission that both vacancies were for the same length of term. <br />He suggested that to be fair, all applicants should have the opportunity to be interviewed, and <br />that the two applicants that were not interviewed did indicate that they had a time conflict for <br />tonights meeting. The Commission reviewed each application that was received. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue, seconded by Commissioner Terry, to recommend Ben J. <br />Deemer for appointment to the Planning and Zoning Commission to fill the vacancy left by <br />Jim Howe, who had been appointed to fill Mr. Deemer's vacancy. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Terry, LaDue, Hendriksen <br />and Shumway. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to recommend <br />David T. Bawden for appointment to the Planning and Zoning Commission to fill the vacancy <br />left by Jim Holm. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
