The existing and proposed zoqing is R-1 Rural Residential District. The <br />average lot density is 2.63 acres .t. per lot. Th~ propcsed addition is located in the Southwesl <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and the West 10 acres of the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Soulhwest Quarter, both in Section 5, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Min:,,';sota. For <br />your information, the following items are enclosed: <br /> <br />A) <br /> <br />C) <br /> <br />Site location map <br />Proposed subdivision <br />Landscape Architect's Review (July 26, 1989) <br />City Engineer's Review (July 27, 1989) <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />On July 12, 1989, City of Ramsey received application and sketch plan from Allen Sorteberg <br />for Sorteberg's 6th.
