Case #11: Request To Rezone The Proposed Pla! Of Cedar Itills From R- 1 Rural Residential To R-1 Urban Residential; Case of Mr. Wally Anderson; ARADCO, Inc.: The Commission proceeded to review the proposed findings of fact. Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to recommend that City Council adopt the proposed findings of fact relating to Mr. Wally Anderson's request m rezone Cedar Hills. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Bawden, Deemer, LaDue, Hendriksen and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Shumway. Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to recommend that City Council approve Mr. Wall}, Anderson's request to rezone Cedar Hills from R-] Rural Residential to R-1 Urban Residential. Case #12: Request To Rezone The Proposed Plat Of Juniper 'Woods From R-1 Rural Residential To R-1 Urban Residential; Case Of Mr. Dick Knutson; BLH Development Compap, y: Dorothy Stadfelt - 15111 Juniper Ridge Drive - Noted that the case write up in the agenda indicates that the March, 1988 application for Juniper Woods proposed 76 single fan'fily lots; the proposed findings of fact indicates that the March, 198~', application proposed 75 single family lots; Mr. Knutson has indicated that the plat consists of 73 single family lots. Mr. Banwart replied that the March, 1988 application for Juniper Woods proposed 75 single family lots; since that time, the plat has been revised to 73 single family lots. Dorothy Stadfelt - Noted that Item #2 of the proposed findings of fact indicates that the Applicant was present for the public hearing to rezone the property and he was not. Dorothy Stadfelt also noted that the July 13, 1989 Metro Council approval to Ramsey's MUSA expansion referred to in Item #10 of the findings was assumed at the time the findings of fact ,,,,,ere drafted. Dorothy Stadfelt inquired if there is any supporting documentation for Item #13 of the proposed findings of fact which indicates that the City Planning & Zoning Comnfission/July 18, 1989 Page 8 of 11
