Banwart, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The proposed addition has an area of approximately 17.2 acres + consisting of six (6) rural <br />residential lots with an average density of 2.87 acres + per lot. The existing and proposed <br />zoning is R-1 Rural Residential District. The property is located in the North Half of the <br />Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. The PIN's <br />are 23-32-25-42-0005 and 23-32-25-42-0006.
