Banwart stated that the recently approved MUSA expansion was designated to also serve the <br />proposed plat of Cedar Hills. Mr. Anderson is requesting approve! to rezone the proposed plat to <br />R-1 Urban Residential at this time. The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public <br />hearing and recommended approval to rezone Cedar Hills. <br /> <br />Motion bv Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to adopt F!ndings of <br />Fact #025'8 relating to Mr. \Valiv Artec, son' ,' 's request to rezone, the proposed Cedar Hills from R-t <br />Rural Residenfi~ to R-1 Urban t5,esidential. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Counciimembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich and <br />Peterson.
