Silx, location maps Proposed subdivision City Engineer's review (August 29, 1989) City Landscape Architect's rewiew (September 6, 1989) Observations: On August 10, 1989, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch plan from John Gobernatz for Gobernatz Addition. tteeormnendation: Staff recommends sketch plan approval of Gobernatz Addition and direction to the subdivider to proceed to preliminaw platting contingent upon meeting the conditions as stated in the City Engineer's rexfiew dated August 29, 1989. Staff recommends that cash should be used to satis~' the park dedication requirements. The amount of park dedication should be One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) which is Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per each new buildable lot. Commission Action: Motion to recommend that cash be used to satisfy the park dedication requirement. The amount should be One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) ($500.00 per each new buildable lot).
