Banwar'a Communit3' Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The proposed addition has an area of approximately 40 acres and consists of 2 - 2.5 acre lots. The <br />property is located East of St. Francis Boulevard (S~ate Highway #47) and Sou'~h of 177th Avenue <br />Nort).v,'cst. Thc current zoning of the property is R-1R Rural Residentia~ and is current])' being <br />used as agricultural. The proposed land use will be ]~-iR Rural Residential. The P.I.N. is 02-32- <br />25-42-0002. For )'our information, the following items are enclosed: <br /> <br />B. <br />C. <br />D. <br /> <br />Silx, location maps <br />Proposed subdivision <br />City Engineer's review (August 29, 1989) <br />City Landscape Architect's rewiew (September 6, 1989) <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />On August 10, 1989, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch plan from John <br />Gobernatz for Gobernatz Addition. <br /> <br />tteeormnendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends sketch plan approval of Gobernatz Addition and direction to the subdivider to <br />proceed to preliminaw platting contingent upon meeting the conditions as stated in the City <br />Engineer's rexfiew dated August 29, 1989. <br /> <br />Staff recommends that cash should be used to satis~' the park dedication requirements. The <br />amount of park dedication should be One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) which is Five Hundred <br />Dollars ($500.00) per each new buildable lot. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that cash be used to satisfy the park dedication requirement.
