The. operation consists of a <br />comprehensive cleaning of vehicle in preparation for resale at used car lots; there would not <br />be more than one customer vehicle on the property at any time. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer expressed concern with contamination resulting front thc residue of <br />m~. cleaning operations; residue being detergents, ~case, oil, etc. <br /> <br />"~:,~r. ~,,,~nko~~ ~::' ' "~c,t,'" stated then he would bc willing to install a ho)ding tan): ~o co]iccl residue <br />or clean engines at car washes. <br /> <br />Commission proceedeo to review the proposed findings of "' ..... <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Ba,.vdcn to amend ltem <br />,~15 of the proposed findings of fact to indicate that ti~e proposed use will no,, impair the usc <br />or enjoy m .... of surrounding proper-ry. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
