Special conditions continued from page two. <br /> <br /> 5. A layer of wetland soil must be placed on the wetland slope areas <br />created along the upland. To further promote the growth of desirable aquatic <br />species along these slopes, the seed mlxtures listed on permlt attachment, <br />page 5 of 5 shall be used to seed these areas. In oddltion all other <br />disturbed wetland soil areas shall be seeded using these mixtures. <br /> <br /> q. Eroslon control measures such as si}t fences and straw bale dlkes <br />must be in place prior to gradlng and shaplng near the wetland areas. <br /> <br /> 5. A buffer oreo, a minimum of 15 feet wlde shall be maintained along <br />the edge of all created and remaining wetlands in the project oreo. <br /> <br />6.
