Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #6: Schedule Closed Executive Session at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, <br /> September 12, 1989: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to schedule a Closed <br />Executive Session at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, September 12, 1989. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Cich, DeLuca, Pearson, and <br />Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #7: Establishment of a Building Code Board of Appeals: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley presented a draft ordinance to the Council which would establish a Building Code <br />Board of Appeals. Mr. Hadley stated that a Board of Appeals acts as a judiciary board ruling on <br />decisions made by the Building Official. The draft will be in final form on September 12th for <br />Council consideration. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Cich to introduce the <br />ordinance to establish a Building Code Board of Appeals. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Cich, DeLuca, Pearson and <br />Peterson.
