Banwart, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The proposed subdivision has an area of approximately 80 acres and consists of eleven (11) Rural <br />Residential lots, two (2) outlots and designated park areas. The density of this plat is one (1) <br />dwelling per each 6.7 acres with a park area of approximately 16.9 acres (21% of the total land <br />area). The current and proposed hand use is R-1R Rural Residential District. The property is <br />generally described as the West half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 32, Range <br />25, and Lot 8, Block 6, Golden Eagle Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota.
