Banwart, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The proposed subdivision has an area of 12.4 acres and consists of five (5) single family rural <br />residential lots. The average density is 2.5 acres per lot. The existing and proposed zoning is R- <br />1R Rural Residential District. The property is generally located on part of Government Lots 2 and <br />3, Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. The P.I.N. is 26-32-25-24- <br />0001 and 26-32-25-24-0002. For your information, the following items are enclosed: <br /> <br />B. <br />C. <br />D. <br /> <br />Site location map <br />Proposed subdivision <br />City Engineer's review (September 26, 1989) <br />City Landscape Architect's review (September 26, 1989) <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />On September 15, 1989, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch plan from Grayce <br />Kalstad for Sunfish Lake Estates Addition. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends sketch plan approval of Sunfish Lake Estates Addition and directing the <br />subdivider to proceed to the preliminary plat stage as per the City Engineer's review dated <br />September 26, 1989. <br /> <br />Staff recommends that cash in the amount of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00), ($500.00 per <br />lot) for the four (4) newly created lots be used to satisfy the park dedication requirement. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to accept cash in the amount of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) ($500.00 per lot) for <br />the four (4) newly created lots as satisfaction of the park dedication requirement. <br /> <br />Motion to recommend/not recommend sketch plan approval of Sunfish Lake Estates Addition and <br />directing the subd/vider to proceed to preliminary plat stage as per the Cit'), Engineer's review dated <br />September 26, 1989. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />City.
