Banwart, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Bnckground: <br /> <br />The proposed addition has an area of 19.30 acres and will consist of four (4) rural residential lots. <br />Three of the lots will have an acreage of 2.5 acres. The remaining lot will have an acreage of 10 <br />acres. The existing and proposed zoning is R-1R, Rural Residential District. The property is <br />located in the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 17, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. The P.I.N. is 17-32-25-13-0001.
