Absent: Commissioners Shumway and Holm. <br /> <br />The Conm~ission recessed at 8:50 p.m. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmennan called the meeting back to order at 9:08 p.m. <br /> <br />Case #3: Request For Preliminary Plat Approval For Noi-thfork 3rd <br /> Addition; Case of Mr. Dennis Peck: <br /> <br />Mr. Peck was present requesting preliminary plat approval of Northfork 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />The Commission proceeded to review the CiD' En~neer's report dated April 27, 1989. <br /> <br />M~. Peck noted that Northfork 3rd has been reduced from 16 to 15 lots in order to avoid <br />having to add fib to areas where there is significant tree cover. Mr. Peck also noted that the <br />City Council has approved the Northfork P.U.D. Park Dedication Agreement as <br />recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and secOnded by Commissioner Terry to recommend that <br />City Council approve the amended preliminary plat for Northfork 3rd Addition contingent <br />upon the developer complying with Items 1-6 of the Cit'3' En~neer's report dated April 27, <br />1989. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
