]~ORTH]"ORK PUD <br /> <br />ADDENDUM TO PARK DEDICATION A=R~EMERT <br /> <br /> ADDENDUM to Park Dedication Agreement, hereinafter "ADDENDUM", <br /> made this ~ day of May, 1989, by and between North For)[, Inc., <br /> hereinafter "DEVELOPER"; and the city of Ramsey, Anoka County, <br /> State of Minnesota, hereinafter "CITY". <br /> <br /> 1. ~EP~EAS, CITY and DEVELOPER have entered into a certair <br />P~rk Dedication Agreement, hereinafter "AGREEMENT", dated February <br />19, 19S7, and attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated <br />herein; and <br /> <br /> 2. ~EREAS, Paragraph 6 of the AGREEMENT resel-ved the <br />determination of Park Dedication requirements for that portion of <br />the Northfork PUD located southerly of 153rd Avenue N.~., <br />hereinafter "future phase"; and <br /> <br /> 3. ~EREAS, the future phase consists of approximately 137 <br />acres; and <br /> <br /> 4. ~q{EREAS, the City Code generally per--mits the CITY' to <br />re~cuire 10% of the acreage of any plat to be dedicated for park <br />purposes; and <br /> <br /> 5. ~qKEREAS, the CITY has indicated its desire to take park <br />dedication for the future phase in land; and <br /> <br /> 6. ~HEREAS, since the execution of the'AGREEF~RT the CITY <br />has identified certain specific public"park use needs which can <br />best be satisfied by the dedication of land located in areas of the <br />Northfork PUD other than the future phase and DE%~LOPER is ~i!ling <br />to dedicate such alternate land as partial satisfaction of park <br /> <br /> <br />
