Absent: Commissioner Shumwav. <br /> <br />Case #3: Request For Sketch Plan Re,view Of Trott Brook Ponds <br /> Addition; Case Of Gerald J. Bauer: <br /> <br />Mark Banwart stated that the proposed plat consists of 153 acres proposed to be subdivided <br />into 58 single family rural lots. The subject property is located west of St. Francis Blvd. <br />and north of Peterson Estates. <br /> <br />Jeff Caine was present respresenting Gerald Bauer and stated that the plat has been revised <br />from what was presented in the agenda packet to include an access to the north. <br /> <br />The Commission proceeded to review the City Engineer's report dated September 27, <br />1989. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Bawden and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to accept the <br />sketch plan for Tron Brook Ponds Addition and direct the subdivider to proceed to <br />preliminary plat stage as per the City Engineer's report dated September 27, 1989. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Commissioner Deemer noted that he believes the old barn on Lot 14 is <br />under the jurisdiction of the Anoka County Historical Society. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue, <br />Deemer, Bawden and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Shumway. <br /> <br />The Commission recessed at 8:45 p.m. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the meeting back to order at 9:05 p.m. <br /> <br />Case #4: Request For Sketch Plan Review Of Trott Brook Ridge <br /> A. ddition; Case Of Dean D. Helgeson: <br /> <br />Dean Helgeson was present and stated that the proposed plat consists of 80 acres and is <br />proposed to be platted into 11 single family rural lots. The subject property is located west <br />of County Road #83 and north of The North Forty. Dean Helgeson referred to Item #5 of <br />the City Engineer's report dated September 26, 1989 and noted that the plat has been <br />revised to eliminate the need for a variance to cul-de-sac length. Dean Helgeson explained <br />that Outlots A and B are in negotiation for purchase by abutting landowners; if they are not <br />sold, they will be added into the Trott Brook Ridge plat. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman expressed concern with desig'nation of Outlot A and suggested that it <br />be included as part of the existing lot in Trott Brook Ridge Addition. <br /> <br />},,lark Banwart suggested including an adjacent lot in the plat and making Outlot A a part of <br />that lot. <br /> <br />The Commission proceeded to review the City Engineer's report dated September 26, <br />1989. <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Commission/October 3, 1989 <br /> Page 5 of 11 <br /> <br /> <br />
