Motion by Acting Chairman Hetland and seconded by Commissioner Prall to approve sketch plan <br />and park dedication as shown on the proposed plat drawing for Trott Brook Ridge Addition and <br />direct the subdivider to proceed to preliminary plat stage, as per City Engineer's review dated <br />September 26, 1989. <br /> <br />Motion carried: Voting Yes: Acting Chairman Hetland, Commissioners Prall, Lokker, Rustad and <br />Roselte. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Shumway and Johnson. <br /> <br />Case <br /> <br />Reques! for sketch _~!pn review of S~¢nfish Lake Estates Addition: <br />case of Grayce Kalstad. <br /> <br />Grayce Kalstad and her son Richard were present for the meeting. <br /> <br />Meriand Otto informed the Commission that Staff was recommending park dedicalion be satisfied <br />with cash in the amount of $2,000. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Prall and seconded by Commissioner Roselle to accept cash in the <br />amount of Two Thousand Dollars ($500.00 per lot) for the four (4) newly created lots as <br />satisfaction of the park dedication requirement and to recommend sketch plan approval of <br />Sunfish Lake Estates Addition and direct the subdivider to proceed to preliminary plat stage as <br />per the City Engineer's review daled September 26, 1989. <br /> <br />Motions carried: Voting Yes: Acting Chairman Hetland, Commissioners Prall, Lokker, Rustad <br />and Roselle. Absent: Commissioners Shumway and Johnson. <br /> <br />Case #6 <br /> <br />Reaues! for sketch plan review of Tooth Acres: case of James M. <br />Martin. <br /> <br />Mr. James Martin was present for the meeting. <br /> <br />Merland Otto informed the Commission that Staff was recommending that a combination of land <br />(75' trail corridor) and cash be used to satisfy the park dedication requirements for Tooth <br />Acres. Mr. Otto noted that Anoka County is currently negotiating on a portion of this property <br />for a County Park. <br /> <br />Mr. Martin informed the Commission that the County did not have the money at this time to <br />purchase the land. <br /> <br />Motion by Acting Chairman Hetland and seconded by Commissioner Rustad to accept the a <br />combination of land (75' trail corridor) and cash to satisfy the park dedication contingent upon <br />Anoka County not being able to purchase the land, and to recommend sketch plan approval of <br />Tooth Acres Addition and direct the subdivider to proceed to preliminary plat stage as per the <br />City Engineer's review dated September 26, 1989. <br /> <br />PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION/OCTOBER 12, 1989 <br /> PAGE 4 OF 8 <br /> <br /> <br />
