<br />Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #13-02-042 <br /> <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF COR TWO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> the Ramsey Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA), hereinafter <br />referred to as “Applicant”, has properly applied for preliminary plat approval of COR TWO on <br />the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlots F, G, and H, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota; <br /> <br />-AND- <br /> <br /> <br />-OR UPON RECORDING- <br /> <br />Lots 1-3, Block 1, COR TWO; <br /> <br />-AND- <br /> <br />Outlot A, COR TWO <br /> <br /> (the “Subject Property”) <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on May 7, 2012, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch <br />plan from Housing and Redevelopment Authority for a plat to be named COR ADDITION; and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on June 7, 2012 the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and <br />recommended that the Developer proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS <br />, on July 11, 2012, the Developer submitted a preliminary plat for COR <br />TWO to the City; and <br /> <br />ND <br />WHEREAS <br />, on August 2, 2012, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />and recommended the City Council approve the preliminary plat COR TWO; and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS <br />, on August 28, 2012, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for <br />COR TWO; and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS <br />, on July 11, 2012, the Applicant submitted a Final Plat for review; and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS <br />, on August 28, 2012, the City Council approved the final plat for COR <br />TWO; and <br /> <br />nd <br />WHEREAS, <br /> on January 22, 2013, the Applicant submitted a revised final plat; and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS, <br /> on February 19, 2013, the City Council approved the revised final plat. <br /> <br /> <br />
