CITY COUNCIL <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, November 14, 1989 at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />regarding adoption of a modified Development Program for Development District No. 1 <br />and modified Tax Increment Financing Plans for TIF District No. 1 and TIT District No. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Stephen F. DeLuca <br />Councilmember Richard Cich <br />Councilmember Alan Pearson <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />Finance Officer Sandra Ashley <br />Community Development Director Mark Banwan <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mayor Gary Reimann <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Acting Mayor DeLuca called the public hearing to order at 7:29 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that the purpose of the proposed amendment to the Development <br />Program for Development District No. 1 and the Tax Increment Financing Plans for TiF <br />District No. 1 and TIT District No. 4 is to correct the financial data in the plan to reflect <br />exact amounts in preparation for issuance of general obligation bonds and general <br />obligation tax increment bonds. Improvements being funded at this time are the Anoka <br />Sports Center site improvements, Rum River Terrace site improvements, improvements to <br />River's Bend Park and sewer and water extensions along Front Street east of Sunfish Lake <br />Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to adjourn the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor DeLuca, Councilmembers Cich, Pearson and <br />Peterson. Voting No: None.
