2) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes City Staff to submit the necessary <br />documentation to Metropolitan Council for an amendment to the 2002 Comprehensive Plan to <br />change the land use designation to Low Density Residential. <br /> <br />3) That this land use change shall become effective concurrent with the City's receipt of notification <br /> of approval from Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Strommen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Pearson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Kurak <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the <br />14th day of October, 2003. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-10-276 <br /> Page 4 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
