It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #13-07 to amend the Ramsey, Minnesota City Code Chapter <br />34, Article II, Section 34-21 Weapons to more clearly define said section relating to firearms and <br />bows and arrows as well as the permitting process for the discharge of same. <br />SECTION 4.
