PURPOSE <br />It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City of Ramsey to convey certain real property <br />which property the City Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. <br />This chapter is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.5 of the City Charter. <br />SECTION 2. SALE/CONVEYANCE AUTHORIZATION <br />The City Council hereby declares the following legally described real property owned by the City, <br />as surplus property and authorizes said property to be conveyed/sold. Said property is legally <br />described as follows: <br />LOT 2 BLK 2 GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK, EX THAT PRT OF SD LOT LYG <br />N OF FOL DESC LINE & ITSEXTNS: BEG AT A PT ON W LINE OF SD LOT 2 100 FT S <br />OF NW COR THEREOF, TH SELY TO A PT ONE LINE OF SD LOT 2 135 FT S OF NE <br />COR OF SD LOT 2 & SD LINE THERE TERM; SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS OF RECORD, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br />SECTION 3.
