WHEREAS, on June 25, 2003, the Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat <br />and recommended approval of the preliminary plat subject to the compliance with Staff Review <br />Letter dated May 30, 2003, Revised June 23, 2003; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 22, 2003, the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat for Town <br />Center Gardens subject to compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated May 30, 2003, <br />Revised June 23, 2003, Revised July 18, 2003; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 13, 2003, the DEVELOPER submitted a final grading plan <br />dated August 12, 2003 and prepared by Pioneer Engineering; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on September 23, 2003, the CITY approved the grading plan for the <br />Subject Property and entered into an agreement with the DEVELOPER regarding such grading <br />work. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the final plat and construction plans were submitted to the CITY <br />September 11, 2003; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Town Center Gardens in <br /> accordance with relevant City Codes and Staff Review Letter dated October 10, 2003. <br /> <br />2) That the Developer shall enter into a Development Agreement with the City for the <br /> development of the Subject Property. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Elvig, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember <br />Councilmember <br />Councilmember <br />Councilmember <br />Councilmember <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />and the following voted <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Kurak <br />Elvig <br />Cook <br />Pearson <br />Strommen <br />Zimmerman <br /> <br />against the same: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-10-282 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
