1840271 <br /> <br /> 0 7-J - aS-//-00/0 <br />Board Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-07-171 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO MINIMUM <br />LOT WIDTH REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUBDIVIDING THE <br />PROPERTY AT 17120 TIGER STREET N.W. AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Robert Letendre and Theresa Wiebe, hereinafter referred to as "Permittees", <br />have properly applied for a variance to the minimum lot width requirement in the Rural <br />Developing area of the R-1 Residential District on the property generally known as 17120 Tiger <br />Street N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Tranby Terrace 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on June 5, 2003, and tabled action on the <br />request for additional information and reconsideratiOn of lot line alignments taking future road <br />extensions into the property in mind; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, as a result of a' subsequent meeting with City Staff, the Applicants agreed <br />that if the variance is granted, they would include Lot 3, Block 1, Tranby Terrace 2nd Addition in <br />the subsequent minor plat for the purpose of modifying lot lines to gain control of property <br />necessary for the future extension of 171 st Avenue N.W. to the west side of Tiger Street. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follo~vs: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact #0650, a variance is hereby granted to the two hundred (200) foot <br />lot width requirement in the R-1 Residential District within the Rural Developing Area as <br />established by Section 9.20.11 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />The Permittees shall be permitted to subdivide the Subject Property in a configuration that <br />encompasses the entirety of the Applicants existing driveway on the APplicants homestead <br />parcel. <br /> <br />That said Variance is contingent upon the Applicant including Lot 3, Block 1, Tranby TerraCe <br />2nd Addition in the minor plat and modifying the property boUndaries of Lot 3 to facilitate the <br />future extension of 171st Avenue N.W. to the west side of Tiger Street. <br /> <br /> <br />
