Not including a provision for temporary on-sale and Sunday liquor license. <br /> <br />Council directed City Staff to incorporate the changes to the proposed ordinance present it Io <br />Council for consideralion. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mike Hadtrath - 14693 Waco Street N.W. - Stated his dissatisfaction with the quality of water <br />in the City's municipal system and presented a sample of lhe water. <br /> <br />Jim Gilbertson - 17930 Ermine - Stated that he thought the results of the special election <br />closed the airport issue but he found an ad in a trades magazine that appears to be advertising <br />for construction of an airport in Ramsey. <br /> <br />City Staff stated that Council has not authorized calling for bids and no ad was placed. (See Page <br />for further discussion). <br /> <br />Slate Senator Greg Dahl was present and gave a summary of legislation he will be working on in <br />the 1989 session. <br /> <br />City Council directed Mr. Hadley to provide Senator Dahl with written comments regarding <br />Ramsey's concerns with various items including transportation, property tax formula, local <br />government aids, truth in taxation, etc. <br /> <br />Senator Dahl requested a meeting with Mr. Hartley to review Ramsey's concerns. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OFAGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to approve the agenda <br />with the following adjustments: <br /> <br />Case #12: Purchase of Polyphosphate Equipment for the Municipal Water System <br /> <br />Case #13: Schedule public hearing for no wake ordinance <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Peterson and <br />Cich. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to approve the <br />following items contained in the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />1. Approve City Council meeting minutes: <br /> <br />City Council/January 24, 1989 <br /> <br /> <br />
