County park. Finally, the County's acquisition of my land puts me in a very difficult
position. I hold this land as a farm with the aid of taxes based on a limited green acres
value. The County proposes to take my best farmland, making the profitablility of the farm
more difficult and the continuance of green acres classification there uncertain. In addition,
the remainder of my land will be triangulated to a shollow depth at Traprock Su'eet making
farming difficult and severely limiting the future development potential of the land
remaining to me. ff the County cannot be persuaded to change it's plans, I may be forced
to exercise my legal right and insist that the County acquire all my land instead of just part.
This is not in Ramsey's interest. Hopefully, you will use what influence you have to
oblige the County to change it's plans. In summary, I'm asking you to cancel City
permission for the county to place a park on my land. If you cannot or do not choose to, I
then ask you to get the County to move it's north acquisition line down to the north side of
the gravel pit so that I can pursue development along my full highway frontage."

APPROVAL OF AGENDA

Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded Councilmember DeLuca to approve the
agenda with the following additions:

Case #11:

Adoption of resolution regarding funding for street construction in
Minnesota.

Case #12:

Capital Purchase Of Tables And Chairs For Central Park - Park
Center Building.

Motion carried.
