Mr. Hartley also noted that there is a City Council closed executive sesstuve scheduled for <br /> 6:00 p.m. on April 3. <br /> <br /> MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />a) Records storage <br /> <br /> Councilmember Cich stated that there is a need to reduce the amount of records storage <br /> space necessary at City Hall and requested that City Staff investigate the cost of microfiche <br /> equipment. <br /> <br /> b) Drainage complaint at 6840 164th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />Councilmember Pearson stated that he received a call from Pat Schmidt at 6840 164th Lane <br />N.W. regarding a drainage problem on her property resulting from some fill being added to <br />a drainage pond north of her lot. <br /> <br /> Mayor Reimann noted that Public Works will be cleaning out the drainage easement, <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley noted that Council discussed this property last Fall and authorized staff to <br />address the problem; staff is dealing with it. <br /> <br />c) Discovery of barrels of solvent <br /> <br />Mr. Otto noted that 4 barrels of solvent were discovered on the Graves' property; PCA has <br />confiscated the barrels; enough solvents drained from the barrels to create a plume evident <br />in the Mississippi River. <br /> <br />d) DNR workshop on Rum River regulations <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart noted that DNR is conducting workshops at the Anoka City Hall on April 5 <br />and the St. Francis Middle School on April 13 regarding the Rum River Wild and Scenic <br />River Regulations. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adjourn <br />the regular City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson and <br />Cich. Voting No: .None.
