-N <br /> <br />sell the lot in Windsorwood. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to affirm the <br />Purchase Agreement signed by the City Administrator for the purchase of Lot 9, Block 2, <br />Win&:orwood Addition, at a price not to exceed $10,500 and on such additional terms as <br />staff deems advisable, and to therefore authorize removal of the City Council approval <br />contingency from said Purchase Agreement. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Cich, DeLuca, Pearson <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #5: Consider Acquisition Of Tax Forfeit Lands: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley noted that one of the parcels Anoka County is scheduling for tax forfeit is that <br />parcel Council authorized purchase of as possible park property to serve Countryside <br />Estates. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adopt <br />Resolution #89-04-66 approving classification and requesting that the Anoka Count3' Board <br />withhold from sale PIN ~s06-32-25-14-0009 for public purpose as a municipal park. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adopt <br />Resolution #89-04-67 approving the classification and sale of tax forfeit parcels as follows: <br /> <br />PIN #23-32-25-22-0009 <br />PIN #28-32-25-31-0002 <br />PIN #08-32-25-32-0021 <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting YHes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Council recessed at 9:15 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the meeting back to order at 9:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Case #6: Review Residential Housing Standards: <br /> <br />This case was temporarily tabled until Building Official Glyn Huff could be present for the <br />discussion.
