meeting. Dz"vl Peter-son aisc stated that he cannot believe that Metro Council can force the

Councilmemb:r Cich stated ~at he had requested that Metro Council be represented at tlmis
meeting. He suggested that people comact Representative Lynch, Senator Dahl, Govenor
Perpich and Metro Council regarding Metro Council's game plan.

:hO. Hartley stated that the MUSA expansion area that Ramsev requested and received
would be rescinded if the 4 in 40 policy were not implemente~i. Council dealt with the
issue, and made the best decision the.',' could and possib]y the only decision the,,, could and
adopted a resolution stating their intent to imalement. 4 in 40 zoning. If Counci] does not
foiiow through with their intent, it 'is Probabic there would be no further development of
public utilities in Ramsey and likely very little developmem of road svstems and
infrastructure, developed by other State'agencies; it is aisc within the power o~' these State
agencies to deny FHA loans on properties ir, Ramsey.
