DeLuca <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Mark Banwarl <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City En~neer Peter Raatikka <br />Finance Officer Sandra Ashley <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the regular City Council meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. and led in the Pledge <br />of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Wendi Jarson - 15346 Okapi Street N.V,. - Stated that another problem has ar/sen regarding the <br />City's recent vacating of a drainage easement across her property and requested being placed on the <br />agenda for further discussion. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to approve the <br />agenda with the follo~a4ng additions: <br /> <br />Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />Item #27: <br /> <br />Approve application from the Anoka Area Hockey Association for a <br />gambling license at McDuffs Eatery. and pub, 16659 St. Francis <br />Blvd. N.W. and waive the .60 day waiting,/comment period. <br /> <br />Council Business: <br /> <br />Case #4.A <br /> <br />Discussion regarding vacation of drainage easement on Lot 3, Block <br />5, Whispering Pines; case of Wendi Jarson. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
