Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Petcrsor to adopt Findings of Fact t~0260 relating to Mr. Donald Milinkovich's request for a conditional use p~rmit to operalv an auto detail shop on his property at 6501 Green Valley Road. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Rcimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich and Peterson. Voting No: None. Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to approve Donald lx;lilinkovich's request for a conditional use pem*xit to operate an auto d,~,,~n shop on his prope~y at 6.501 Green V',dlev Road. Further Discussion: Mr. Milinko;'i:!~ stated that he understands and agrees th::: thc issuance of the conditional use permit is contingent upon him complying with Items ? and 8 and providin~ the City with an approved plan for handling waste water, chemicals and fluids. Mr. Otto expiained that ltem -t:/? of the proposed conditional use pernnit dated August 2, 1989, as proposed bv the Planning and Zoning Commission, could be. so burdensome as to restrict Mr. Mi'linkovich from even washing the exterior of the ca-,:, on his property. Understanding the concerns of the Planning Commission and the intent of Item #7, City Staff revised Item #7 and added an Item #8. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich and Peterson. Voting No: None. Case #15: Request For Conditional Use Permit Renewal For Welding Business At 17801 St. Francis Bh'd. N.W.; Case Of Mr. Michael Baehr: SyMa Frolik stated that Mr. Baehr was ganted a conditional use permit in !988 for a welding business. One of the terms of the permit included a one year expiration date with the option for renewal. Mr. Baehr is requesting a two year renewal of the permit. The property was inspected and is in compliance with the terms of the conditional use permit. Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Cich to approve Mr. Michael Baehr's request for a two year renewal of the conditional use permit to have a welding business in the accessory structure at 17801 St. Francis Blvd. N.W.
