Mr. Otto expiained that ltem -t:/? of the proposed conditional use pernnit dated <br />August 2, 1989, as proposed bv the Planning and Zoning Commission, could be. so <br />burdensome as to restrict Mr. Mi'linkovich from even washing the exterior of the ca-,:, on <br />his property. Understanding the concerns of the Planning Commission and the intent of <br />Item #7, City Staff revised Item #7 and added an Item #8. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #15: Request For Conditional Use Permit Renewal For Welding <br /> Business At 17801 St. Francis Bh'd. N.W.; Case Of Mr. <br /> Michael Baehr: <br /> <br />SyMa Frolik stated that Mr. Baehr was ganted a conditional use permit in !988 for a <br />welding business. One of the terms of the permit included a one year expiration date with <br />the option for renewal. Mr. Baehr is requesting a two year renewal of the permit. The <br />property was inspected and is in compliance with the terms of the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Cich to approve Mr. <br />Michael Baehr's request for a two year renewal of the conditional use permit to have a <br />welding business in the accessory structure at 17801 St. Francis Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br />City Council/August 22, 1989 <br /> Page 13 of 17 <br /> <br /> <br />
