Councilmember DeLuca noted that it has always been Council's policy to determine the number <br />of units based on the potential for buildable lots under the current ordinance. <br /> <br />Amy Hagen - Stated that the road has been lowered and her driveway washes away with every <br />rainfall. <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka replied that the final grading should eliminate washout at the Hagen driveway. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adjourn the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
