Three or more family structure8 shall have at least <br />three (3) livable rooms, as defined by the State Building <br />Code, and the overall dimensions shall contain the fol- <br />lowing minimum floor areas, exclusive of garages, per <br />unit: <br /> <br />1. 600 square feet for single floor units; and <br /> <br />2. 800 square feet for multiple level units. <br /> <br />Each unit of any three or more unit structures shall have <br />an attached/detached garage with overall dimensions that <br />contain not less than 240 square feet. <br /> <br /> 4. No manufactured home shall have a width of less than <br />twenty-four (24) feet at its narrowest point. <br /> <br /> 5. No single family manufactured home erected in the City <br />of Ramsey after July 31, 1982 built in conformance with Minnesota <br />Statutes, Section 327.31 to 327.35 shall be constructed unless <br />built on a full foundation which foundation is underneath the <br />entire structure including attached garages and which foundation <br />complies with the State Uniform Building Code. <br /> <br />39 <br /> <br /> <br />
