CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a special meeting on Wednesday, November 8, 1989 <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Alan Pearson <br />Councilmember Stephen F. DeLuca <br />Councilmember Richard Cich <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Finance Officer Sandra Ashley <br />Community Development Director Mark Banwart <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the special City Council meeting to order at 6:06 p.m. and led in the <br />Pledge of Alle~ance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to approve <br />the agenda with the following additions: <br /> <br />Add to Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />Item #3 - Recommendation of Personnel Committee <br />Meeting of November 6, 1989. <br /> <br />Add to Council Business: <br /> <br />Case #1.A - Discussion regarding request for an <br />open burn permit; case of F&R Enterprises. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to approve the <br />following items contained in the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />Resolution #89-11-291 approving addendum to the Joint Cooperation A~eement <br />between the City of Ramsey and Anoka County regarding adding Paragaph H to <br />Section 5 Special Provisions for the Community Development Block Grant <br />(CDBG) progam. <br /> <br />City Council/November 8, 1989 <br /> Page 2 of 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
