Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #13-06-114 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONVEYANCE OF UTILITY EASEMENTS TO <br />GREAT RIVER ENERGY ON OUTLOT E, BUSINESS PARK 95 SECOND ADDITION <br />AND GOVERNMENT LOT 3, SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 32 NORTH, RANGE 25 <br />WEST. <br />WHEREAS, on August 24. 2012, the Public Utilities Commission approved a Route <br />Permit for Great River Energy to construct a 115 kV Electric Transmission Line through the City <br />of Ramsey; and <br />WHEREAS, the approved route will result in the construction of improvements on <br />Outlot E, BUSINESS PARK 95 2ND ADDITION (Anoka County PID: 25-32-25-24-0009) <br />("Parcel 3") and Government Lot 2, Section 25, Township 32N, Range 25W (Anoka County <br />PID: 25-32-25-44-0012) ("Parcel 28"). <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the conveyance of a Utility Easement on <br />Parcel 3 for the acquisition price from Great River Energy in the amount of Ten <br />Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Four Dollars and No Cents ($10,454.00). <br />2) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the conveyance of a Utility Easement on <br />Parcel 28 for the acquisition price from Great River Energy in the amount of Ten Thirty <br />Eight Thousand Five Hundred Fifty One Dollars and No Cents ($38,551.00). <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
