Of Mr. Steve Compton: <br /> <br />Mr. Steve Compton was present requesting a variance to construct an <br />accessory structure in front of his home at 7250 166th Avenue N.W. due to <br />topography, soils and mature trees on the property. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holm and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to amend <br />Item ~9 of the proposed findings of fact to read as follows: <br /> <br />That the exceptional conditions (wetlands, varying topography, <br />and mature tree growth) do not result from the actions of the <br />Appl ic ant. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: <br />and LaDue. Voting No: None. <br />Hendriksen. <br /> <br />Chairman Shumway, Commissioners Holm, Terry <br />Absent: Commissioners Zimmerman, Howell and <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holm and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to add the <br />following item to the proposed findings of fact: <br /> <br />14.
