BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Board of Adjustment conducted a special meeting on Tuesday, <br />November 1, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Roy Shumway, Chairman <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Building Official Elvin Erickson <br /> <br />CALL TO O~D~R <br /> <br />Chairman Shumway called the special Board of Adjustment meeting to order at <br />7:02 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN %NPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Chairman Shumway adjourned the special meeting at 7:02 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following public hearing: <br /> <br /> Mr. Mark Hagemann's request for a variance from the Rum River setback <br /> requirements. <br /> <br />Chairman Shumway called the special Board of Adjustment meeting back to <br />order at 7:04 p.m. <br /> <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT BUSINESS <br /> <br />~ Request For Variance From The Rum River Setback Re0uirements: <br /> Case Of Mr. Mark Hagemann: <br /> <br />Mr. and Mrs. Hagemann were present requesting a variance from the Rum River <br />setback requirements in order to construct a home on the property at 17615 <br />Argon Street N.W. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holm and seconded by Commissioner Terry to add the <br />following to the proposed findings of fact: <br /> <br /> Board of Adjustment/November 1, 1988 <br /> <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
