NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEAKING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of the City of Ramsey will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 23, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by the City of Ramsey for a variance from the Ramsey City Code Section 170.0110 to construct a road access that will encroach on the Rum River setback in River's Bend Park South, which is legally described as follows: That part of Government Lot 3, Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 2, RIVER'S BEND 2ND ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof; thence southerly on an assumed bearing of South 0 degrees 28 minutes 21 seconds West, along the easterly line of said Block 2, a distance of 330.0 feet to the southeast comer of Lot 4 in said Block 2; thence South 78 minutes 09 seconds West a distance of 143.13 feet to the southwest comer of said Lot 4; thence South 0 degrees 28 minutes 21 seconds West to the intersection with the south line of the north 1000.00 feet of said Government Lot 3; thence easterly, along said south line of the north 1000.00 feet of Government Lot 3, to the centerline of the main channel of the Rum River, thence northerly, along said centerline of the main channel of the Rum River, to the intersection with the south line of the north 300.00 feet of said Government Lot 3; thence westerly, along said south line of the north 300.00 feet of Government lot 3, to the point of beginning. And, Outlot C, RIVER'S BEND, according to the recorded plat thereof. That part of Government Lot 6, Section 36, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying westerly of the centerline of the main channel of the Rum River and lying easterly of a line drawn from a point on the south line of said Lot 6 distant 1250 feet east of the southwest comer thereof to a point on the north line of said Lot 6 distant 650 feet east of the northwest corner thereof. Except that part contained in BROM ADDITION according to the recorded plat thereof. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request.
