PROPOSED VARIANCE <br />MR. GLEN RYCHNER <br />6200 177TH LANE N.W. <br />RAMEY, MN <br /> <br />Oh May 25, 1989, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance from Ramsey City Code <br />Section 170.016 to Mr. Glen Rychner allowing him to construct an addition to the principal <br />structure that will encroach on the required front yard setback on the property legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lot 10, Block 5, Rodeo Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to the authorization of Section 170.013 of the Ramsey City <br />Code. The variance is perpetual in it's duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are <br />complied with. The conditions of this variance are as follows: <br /> <br />The proposed addition to the principal structure shall not encroach on the front yard setback <br />requirement by more than 12 feet. <br /> <br />Mr. Glen Rychner hereby ac'knowledges receipt of this variance and that he has reviewed the <br />conditions of this variance and has agreed that he will comply with the terms of this variance. <br /> <br />MR.
